Sarfaraz did not attend the warm-up match at Eden Gardens on 26 February. In such a situation, Baba Indrajit of Tamil Nadu has been included in the team in his place.
Baba Indrajit has so far scored 4492 runs in first-class cricket playing a total of 65 matches. During this, his highest score was 200 runs. At the same time, in List-A cricket, he scored 1268 runs in 49 matches, during which his strike rate was 90.18. At the same time, in T20 cricket, he scored 340 runs in 23 matches and during this time his strike rate was 101.49.
