South Africa’s Return for Test Cricket
The season will kick off with a two-match Test series between Zimbabwe and South Africa at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo. This will be the Proteas’ first Test tour to Zimbabwe since 2014, adding historical significance to the series.
T20I Tri-Series Featuring Zimbabwe, South Africa & New Zealand
Following the Tests, the focus will shift to white-ball cricket, with a T20I tri-series featuring New Zealand, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. Each team will play the others twice in Harare, with the top two sides competing in the final on July 26. The series will serve as crucial preparation for next year’s T20 World Cup.
New Zealand to Conclude the Tour with Two Tests
After the tri-series, Zimbabwe will take on New Zealand in a two-match Test series in Bulawayo, wrapping up what promises to be an enthralling home season.
