As the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 enters its home leg, UP Warriorz (UPW) captain Deepti Sharma and Capri Sports’ Director Jinisha Sharma met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow, inviting him to witness the team in action at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium.
Expressing gratitude for the Chief Minister’s support, Jinisha Sharma shared,
“We are extremely happy to receive the good wishes of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath Ji. His encouragement has inspired our team to put our best foot forward in our home-leg games here in Lucknow.
