The inaugural Nepal Premier League (NPL) 2024 kicked off on Saturday, November 30, at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, Nepal. NPL 2024 Format
- The league phase follows a single round-robin format, where each team plays against the other seven teams once.
- Teams earn:
- 2 points for a win.
- 1 point for a tie or no result.
- If teams are tied on points, the Net Run Rate (NRR) determines the rankings.
Playoffs Structure
- Eliminator: 3rd-placed team vs. 4th-placed team on December 18.
- Qualifier 1: 1st-placed team vs. 2nd-placed team on December 18.
- Qualifier 2: Winner of Eliminator vs. Loser of Qualifier 1.
- Final: December 21 at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground.
