MS Dhoni Becomes Fourth Indian To Smash 350 Sixes in T20 Cricket

MS Dhoni added yet another feather to his illustrious cap by becoming the fourth Indian batter to hit 350 sixes in T20s. The milestone came during Match 62 of IPL 2025 between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
The iconic moment unfolded in the 16th over of CSK’s innings when Dhoni launched Riyan Parag for a towering six down the ground. Though it was his only maximum of the match, it carried him into elite company, joining Rohit Sharma (542), Virat Kohli (434), and Suryakumar Yadav (368) as the only Indians to reach 350 T20 sixes.
In the match, Dhoni managed 16 runs off 17 balls, struggling to accelerate in the final overs. So far this season, the CSK veteran has scored 196 runs at an average of 24.5 with a strike rate of 135.2, including 12 sixes.
In the IPL alone, Dhoni has now accumulated 264 sixes, placing him fourth on the all-time list behind Chris Gayle (357), Rohit Sharma (297), and Virat Kohli (290).
